The Deerplay Leachate Treatment Plant is a tank-based biological SBR system that pretreats up to 130 m³ /d of leachate and discharges the effluent to a sewer, via a 1 km private gravity pipeline.
The project was completed to an Enviros process design and performance specification.
Enviros carried out the process commissioning, and the plant operates very successfully - even at this exposed location in the extreme weather conditions shown in the illustration.
